Irish Setter Breed Appreciation Day & A3 Assessment

GBAS in conjunction with The Irish Setter Club of Scotland will host a breed specific seminar on
Sunday 28th October 2018 at the Blackford Village Hall, Moray Street Blackford, Perthshire, PH4 1QF
9.30am for a 10.00am start.


This breed specific seminar is a double requirement for those candidates wanting to progress their experience of judging Irish Setters

1) A pass is required for the Breed B List until the end of 2021
2) From 2019 both the questionnaire and attendance will be a Level 2 requirement for the Kennel Club's new Judges Framework.

The seminar will also be relevant to all aspiring C List judges and is open to all who wish to build a better understanding and appreciation of the Irish Setter

The day will consist of an in depth talk on the Breed standard given by Richard Bott followed by a Q & A session. Candidates will then take the multi choice questionnaire on the Breed standard. Lunch will then be provided.

An afternoon session will then take place for candidates ready for the A3 Assessment in Irish Setters; which will be valid until the end of 2021.

1) Breed Appreciation talk & Exam £20 including lunch.
2) Breed talk, Questionnaire & A3 assessment (Limited numbers) £30 including lunch.
